Final St Cuthbert's Masterplan Published

A finalised version of the St Cuthbert's Masterplan is available.

Work on the St Cuthbert's Masterplan is now complete. The Masterplan and all supporting documents can be viewed here. Work on the Masterplan started in January 2018. It was produced in two parts, with part one establishing a vision and concept for the garden village, and part two building on that to produced a detailed masterplan framework. The Masterplan was subject to three major public consultation exercises over the course of its production and your views have helped shape it. It has also been informed by regular and on going engagement with utility and service providers, and with local landowners. The Masterplan will now be used as the key piece of evidence for production of the St Cuthbert's Local Plan and the Strategic Design Supplementary Planning Document.
