Local Plan Examination Hearings Conclude

The final hearing session was held on 2 July 2026

The hearing sessions for the St Cuthbert's Garden Village Local Plan concluded on 2 July 2026. The Inspector is now considering his response. Following receipt of the Inspector's recommendations, the Council will then seek to consult on a range of main modifications to the Plan in the autumn ahead of its adoption.
