St Cuthbert's Local Plan Examination: Appointment of Inspector

The Secretary of State has appointed Mr B Clarke as the Inspector for the St Cuthbert's Local Plan Examination

The Government has notified Cumberland Council that, in accordance with section 20(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, Mr B Clarke BA (Hons) MSc MRTPI has been appointed to hold an independent examination of the St Cuthbert's Garden Village Local Plan. Their letter of notification can be viewed below.
