Consultation on the St Cuthbert's Local Plan has now closed

Responses on the draft plan will now be reviewed ahead of submission to the Secretary of State.

Thank you for your interest in the St Cuthbert's Local Plan Publication Draft. The consultation on the draft Local Plan has now closed.  All the comments received, together with the Local Plan and the background documents will be submitted to the Secretary of State.  An independent Local Plan Inspector will then be appointed to carry out a review of the plan taking into account all the comments received.  If you have indicated that you wish to appear at the Local Plan examination the Council will contact you in due course.
