Consultation on the St Cuthbert's Local Plan Publication Draft has now started. Consultation will run until 6 May 2025. More information, including a downloadable copy of the plan, is available on the Local Plan page. 

An online comments form has been produced to help you response to the publication draft of the Local Plan. It can be viewed here. 

A digital version of the Local Plan policies map is available here. Alternatively a copy can be downloaded here. 

Please ensure that all comments are submitted to the Council by 4:30pm on 6 May 2025.

We are running a number of drop in events at the following dates and locations. Please feel free to stop by if you'd like to find out more about the Plan.

• Tuesday 18^th March: 10am - 8pm, Cummersdale Village Hall.
• Wednesday 19^th March: 10am - 8pm, Carlisle Racecourse
• Thursday 20^th March: 10am - 8pm, Creighton Rugby Club
